We select only the freshed Salmon when we produce our Cured salmon sides. We carfully blend our special mixed with the addition of Lemon and Dill which imparts a unique flavour all of it own. To maximise the flavour we allow mother nature and time to create the perfect product for you. To serve we suggest out own Stout City Loaf which complement the salmon beautifullly.
